Trade Union Facilities - Participation in the Trade Union facilities pool, managed through Medway Council, will enable staff to receive union support, advice and guidance on all employment related matters from local Trade Union (teaching) representatives.
Care first (Employee Assistance Programme) - The Care first package, provided through Medway Council, provides your staff with access to a confidential 24hour helpline and counselling service, as well as on-line resources. This enables academies and Kent schools to benefit from the discounts achieved by Medway Council.
