The Property Services team provides professional advice and guidance on statutory compliance issues for educational and commercial properties.

The standard service level agreement includes arranging and managing service contracts to meet compliance requirements and providing technical advice and guidance on all building related issues.

We are also able to provide you with advice and guidance on sustainability and energy savings schemes which might benefit your School, including management and delivery of projects, arranging supplementary funding which may be available from external funding schemes, and quality assurance.
